LaCole manages the calendar for OCFR and leads other administrative initiatives in support of the team’s mission. She holds a degree in international studies from Texas State University, where she gained a passion for global understanding and community engagement. She spent 13 years at Trade Winds Beach Club Condominium Association, gaining expertise in customer service, leadership, event planning, and purchasing. She took a brief stint in real estate before joining Rice in Spring 2024. In her spare time, LaCole enjoys cooking, especially cuisine from other cultures, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
